New model: #Bitcoin block space price ($USD/vByte) as a function of $USD denominated on-chain transaction volume.
There is a nice positive relationship showing that block space price increases when demand for on-chain transactions increases. This is encouraging.

Updates to the block space price distribution charts from yesterday:
- changed the blue line from monetary velocity to transaction volume (h/t @hasufl for suggestion) to show context of block space demand
- added a version of the chart with fees denominated in USD (h/t @danheld)
